GNE Group plc is listed on the London Stock Exchange's AIM market and owns a 100% controlling interest in Fuel Up Limited and National and European Fuel Services Limited. Both of these subsidiary companies operate fuel card services. The Group also owns a 100% holding in TRS Developments Limited a property company. Following the disposable of GNE’s petrol retailing business in October 2008 the Group now has approximately £15m available for reinvestment in future business.
